Our production of The Adventures of Little Sharp-Ears was a charming take on Janácek’s The Cunning Little Vixen. From the beginning, the show was designed to be very child and family-friendly: encouraging fun costumes, scenery, and lights while being sung in English to help bring modern children into the world of opera. We follow Sharp-ears as she makes her way through life: growing up, finding her place in the forest, and eventually creating a family.
